Responsibilities:
- Analyze significant accounts to ensure financial postings are accurate;
- Prepare monthly financial reconciliations in accordance with U.S. GAAP;
- Assist in the monthly closing process by preparing journal entries and analysis;
- Maintain the Corporate general ledger and prepare financial statements as required for various subsidiary companies;
- Maintain fixed asset schedules, record depreciation and reconcile to general ledger.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors, as required;
- Interact with outside organizations such as banks, insurance companies, etc.;
- Assist Management in implementation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience a plus
