OpenArc - Empowering Your Career. As a leading IT staffing firm, we are dedicated to connecting talented professionals with your ideal opportunities. We are currently seeking a qualified Account Manager to join our client’s organization and contribute to their ongoing success. 
 
Responsibilities:
• Works directly with President and Business Development Manager to manage all client accounting and bookkeeping projects
• Acts as key contact to clients regarding any bookkeeping questions or issues
• Performs general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software.
• Performs reconciliations of bank accounts monthly to ensure accuracy for approximately 30-40 clients.
• Maintains an organized and streamlined accounting system for clients.
• Prepares monthly financial statements for clients
 
Requirements:
• Knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping principles
• Strong experience with accounting software (QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
• Self-starter with the ability to work with a team
• Strong time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify errors and solve problems
• Decisive and critical thinker
