Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager helps plan, define, document and translate the business requirements into functional, working specifications. In this role you will make sure projects happen on schedule, on budget and sets a standard that exceeds expectations of the client and the internal teams.



  • Simultaneous management of varying levels of projects, cross client and cross office

  • Support account teams in preparing project proposals and client agreements

  • Help create and manage all project documentation including briefs, scope, estimates, project plans, technical requirements, specifications and test plans

  • Act as internal project risk manager by identifying dependencies, risks, potential solutions, and effectively manage to minimize them

  • Act as client liaison by communicating progress, issue and risks to the primary stakeholders or project sponsors

  • Work to estimate costs for on-going third parties i.e. development partners, and technology vendors

  • Conduct project post mortems and improvement plans

  • Setup, testing and reporting on website analytics

  • Strategic and critical thinking – understand client dynamics, program details and implications of changes/updates



  • 6-8 years experience directly managing digital projects and working with digital teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. PMP certification a plus

  • Experience with UX techniques, processes and deliverables

  • Understanding of visual design and website development teams

  • Prior use of collaboration tools such as inVision, Basecamp, Google Docs, Slack and other project management tools

  • Familiarity with QA and testing Processes and tools

  • Overall knowledge of CMS platforms and requirements

  • Solid knowledge of programming platforms and languages

  • Understanding of typical project management methods, with emphasis on agile methodology

  • knowledge of CRM platforms and other marketing tools

  • background in executing email campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to deal with multiple projects and clients at one time

  • Proven knowledge of commonly used project management concepts, practices and procedures

  • Application of agile project management methods

  • Able to work independently, collaboratively and as a leader
