Job summary

As Dynamics 365/ Power App Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our existing Dynamics 365 system and Power Platform technologies. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Power Platform technologies and work closely with the Dynamics 365 program manager and technical lead and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions around the CRM system in an iterative/agile environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  •  Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of existing Dynamics 365 system utilizing Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) technologies
  •  Collaborate with the Dynamics 365 program manager and technical lead to design and build solutions in and around the CRM system in an iterative/agile environment
  •  Design, develop, and configure forms, views, dashboards, and workflows etc.
  •  Manage and maintain Power Apps to ensure the latest functionality is available, and appropriate users have access
  •  Develop and document technical specifications based on functional requirements
  •  Work closely with QA resources to troubleshoot issues in and around Dynamics 365, including security, workflows, configurations, Flow, Power Apps, and custom code
  •  Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by engaging in self-study, trainings, collaborating with senior team members, and seeking out opportunities to broaden scope to stay up to date with industry and organizational trends
  •  Proactively seek feedback from senior team members for development and effectively incorporate feedback into work and behaviors
  •  Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work through complex problems in a self-driven manner, aiming to be the go-to resource for technical issues
 

Requirements:

  •  Experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 solutions
  •  Ability to identify potential risks/issues impacting individual performance or beyond and propose effective solutions
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps, Azure services, and agile/scrum methodologies
  •  Experience with Microsoft Suite and other Microsoft products (e.g., SharePoint, Office365, etc.)
  •  Expertise in Power Platform and Power Platform Administration
  •  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
