Responsibilities:

• Work with Director of Engineering and Product Management to deliver value to our clients by iterating on our platform’s user interface.
• Lead a small team by example, getting hands-on with the codebase, implementing new features.
• Guide the front-end architecture and ensure code quality.
• Manage two direct reports and grow the team as the company grows.
• Work with your peers to guide the overall system architecture.

Requirements:

• Experience with React
• Ideally experience with other JS frameworks
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience managing remote employees
• Cybersecurity interest or experience

Tech Stack

• AWS (via Terraform), Docker on Kubernetes
• Postgres
• Ruby and Python (legacy), gRPC microservices in Go
• React front end
