You will help track risks and decisions, while being cognizant if problems begin to develop. Your role involves communicating and coordinating between diverse disciplines and project participants. You will also lead support for the HR team by responding to service desk tickets and processing of transactions, password resets, reporting requests, etc. Looking for your background to include benefit configuration, integrations and inquiry handling.


  • Communicate and coordinate between disciplines and all project participants
  • Monitor and assess results for compliance to requirements, applicable standards and accepted company and regional practices
  • Point of contact for US benefit vendors for file transfer inquiries and error reports
  • Configure benefit plans within HRIS and annual plan or rate changes
  • Support the HRIS team and customers through responding to service desk tickets and Global HRIS emails on time for benefit questions, password resets, reporting requests, etc.
  • Monitor scheduled Oracle jobs for Absence, Benefit life events and LDAP changes
  • Perform regular system maintenance checks at the direction of the US HRIS Senior Analyst
  • Collaborate with Oracle or integration partners to ensure reporting procedures meet internal and government reporting requirements (DCAA, regional labor laws, etc.)
  • Partner with the US HRIS Senior Analyst to ensure processes are stable, and pass all SOX audits.
  • Collaborate with US HRIS Senior Analyst and regional HR and important users to advance system use through identifying unused fields and functionality upkeep HR Process documentation
  • Encourage the development of “Common, Global, Simple” processes across the company enterprise through global HR Process Owners
  • Partner with US and Europe HR teams to build relationships with internal collaborators
  • Collaborate with internal IT and Operations teams to coordinate, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Maintain appropriate application security in compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements, globally through use and understanding of HRIS team procedures
  • Support data strategy and requirements for all HRMS modules
  • Partner with Internal Audit to conduct routine audits to assess and promote data quality, consistency and process management
  • Comply with defined Information Technology controls, security policies
  • Company policy is followed regarding all safety, environmental and ergonomic requirements
  • Help ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
  • Adapt readily to changes in work caused by new requirements and situations
