The Senior Manager End User Computing (EUC) owns, plans, directs and coordinates the build and run operations of end user computing services. You will manage all key suppliers, contractors and employees responsible for the provision and maintenance for EUC services, and drive the implementation of projects, upgrades and continuous improvement for EUC services according to the technology strategy and roadmaps.


  • Manage EUC services including end user device management, support procurement of end user devices, desktop support, image definition, desktop build, workplace printing services and base operating system build

  • Own delivery, operations and management of all EUC services to support the business

  • Accountable for the development and delivery of all global EUC services according to relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA) and customer satisfaction requirements

  • Direct the implementation of EUC plans, tactical operation planning, and the development of contingency operation plans for EUC services

  • Drive the proactive management of the performance requirements of EUC services with vendors and internal teams

  • Negotiate, administer, evaluate and process third party vendor contracts for equipment and services required to meet current business requirements, oversee the health of the EUC systems including maintenance, repairs and upgrades

  • Direct reactive and proactive maintenance planning for EUC services to eliminate causes of service disruption and potential loss of revenue

  • Drive the release planning and deployment of new EUC services

  • Ensure the development and maintenance of system architecture and operational documentation

  • Ensure EUC operations are compliant with technology and security standards, strategies and roadmaps, liaising with Security and Compliance

  • Budget, financial planning and total cost of ownership (TCO) for EUC operations
    Manage EUC project costs and plans

  • Manage local and remote working teams overseas, cultural differences, and split time-zones to ensure positive interactions



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred

  • 10+ years progressive EUC service management experience required

  • 8+ years in a leadership role

  • Periodic travel is required, including the potential for international travel

  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts

  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients

  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
