Job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for SAP Sales and Distribution/Logistics Business Systems Analyst. The SAP SD/Logistics Business Systems Analyst is a key member of the Business Applications function of Information Technology. The primary responsibility is to implement business requirements in SAP S/4 SD/Logistics module areas and the efficient operation, maintenance, and support of business processes in Sales & Distribution. The SAP SD/Logistics Business Systems Analyst reports directly to the SAP SD/Logistics Business Systems Manager.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the Sales and Distribution/Logistics functionality in SAP S/4
  • Oversee the effective and efficient operation of all SAP S/4 SD/Logistics business processes for Titan America
  • Manage registration, prioritization, resolution, and delivery of solutions following change requests or projects
  • Capture, analyze and validate business requirements related directly and/or indirectly to SD/Logistics area
  • System configuration and implementation of solutions in the SD/Logistics area of SAP S/4
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design sessions
  • Responsible for proper functioning of all related SAP configuration items and interfaces with external systems
  • Oversee unit and integration testing
  • Collaborate with all IT members as part of project teams, work groups or committees
  • Establish and manage relationships with business process owners and power users
  • Develop functional specification documents
  • Provide second and third level support to business users
  • Train key/power business users
 

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP S/4 SD/Logistics operation and/or configuration
  • Experience in translating business requirements to system functional requirements
  • Understanding of the integration points between S/4 SD/Logistics and FI/MM modules
  • Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary in SAP S/4 SD/Logistics area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in team environment under strict deadlines
  • Experience in SAP interfacing with internal/external systems to include monitoring, support, and maintenance
  • Project management experience in SAP SD projects, a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of SAP implementation methodology preferred
  • Broad knowledge and/experience in Transportation Management systems, a plus
