Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of different departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, and layouts.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights and streamline processes.
- Perform data management tasks, including data imports, updates, and de-duplication.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
- System integrations, Help desk
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Service and Sales Consoles configuration, customization, and administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative features, including Process Builder, Flow, Lightning App Builder.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and integration capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Console and Sales Console.
