Job Description

Provides accurate and timely technical troubleshooting, repair and problem resolution support for faculty, staff and students. Will be responsible for issue identification, troubleshooting and resolution.  Excellent service and communication skills are necessary.

  • Provides building support and troubleshooting for websites, content management systems, course management systems and student management software
  • Maintains building-level equipment and software including, but not limited to, computers, labs, technology carts, mobile devices, instructional and business software, telephony and VOIP, AV and presentation tools, printers and multi-function copiers
  • Install, configure and maintain user workstations, software and associated peripherals
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all workstations, peripherals and non-networked software
  • Help create technical documentation
Knowledge Preferred:
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Google AD integration
  • LDAP
  • Syncing information via csv and other data file types
  • Apple IOS
  • Networking (Cisco)
  • Firewalls
  • Content Filters
  • Office365
