Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
• Create user-centered design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design processes and products.

Requirements:

• Experience in Design, UX/UI Design, or related field
• Experience in building and maintaining a design system and guidelines across multiple product lines.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
